eSIM Installation Guide
Follow these step-by-step instructions to install and activate your eSIM on your device.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have everything ready before starting the installation process:
- Your device is compatible with eSIM technology
- You have received your eSIM QR code via email
- Your device has a stable internet connection
- You have your device's passcode or Face ID ready
Note: The installation process may vary slightly depending on your device model and operating system version.
Installation Steps
iPhone Installation
Method 1: QR Code Scan
- Open the Camera app on your iPhone
- Point the camera at the QR code from your email
- Tap the notification that appears
- Tap 'Add Cellular Plan'
- Enter your device passcode when prompted
- Tap 'Add Cellular Plan' to confirm
- Wait for the eSIM to be installed
- Tap 'Done' when installation is complete
Method 2: Manual Entry
- Go to Settings > Cellular
- Tap 'Add Cellular Plan'
- Tap 'Enter Details Manually'
- Enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code
- Tap 'Next' and follow the prompts
- Wait for the eSIM to be installed
- Tap 'Done' when complete
Troubleshooting
- If the QR code doesn't scan, try adjusting the distance and lighting
- Make sure your device is running iOS 12.1 or later
- Restart your device if the installation fails
- Check that you have a stable internet connection

Managing Your eSIM
Switching Between eSIMs
iPhone: Switch eSIMs
- Go to Settings > Cellular
- Tap on the eSIM you want to use
- Toggle 'Turn On This Line' to activate it
- Toggle off other eSIMs if you want to use only one
- Your device will now use the selected eSIM
Android: Switch eSIMs
- Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager
- Tap on the eSIM you want to use
- Toggle 'Enable' to activate it
- Disable other eSIMs if you want to use only one
- Your device will now use the selected eSIM
Removing eSIMs
iPhone: Remove eSIM
- Go to Settings > Cellular
- Tap on the eSIM you want to remove
- Scroll down and tap 'Remove eSIM'
- Confirm by tapping 'Remove eSIM' again
- The eSIM will be permanently deleted from your device
Android: Remove eSIM
- Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager
- Tap on the eSIM you want to remove
- Tap 'Remove' or 'Delete'
- Confirm the removal in the popup dialog
- The eSIM will be permanently deleted from your device
Important Note
Removing an eSIM will permanently delete it from your device. If you need to use it again, you'll need to reinstall it using the original QR code or activation details. Make sure you have a backup before removing any eSIM.
